University Scholarships, Aid and Financing Plan

Universidad Americana de Europa (UNADE) has a University Scholarships, Financing and Aid Plan with direct aid for studies. Above all, the aim is to facilitate access to quality training and job training.

The purpose of this Plan is the inclusion of students who wish to pursue one of our doctorates, master’s degrees or bachelor’s degrees. The aid covers both UNADE’s own programs and those with a double degree from another university.

The Aid Plan consists of university scholarships for all our programs, which are:

• Official master’s degrees: up to 40% of the initial value of the program.
• Official doctorates: up to 40% of the initial value of the program.
• Blended doctorates: up to 40% of the initial value of the program.
• Bachelor’s degrees: up to 40%.
• Own studies: up to 40%.

In this way, we aim to provide financial help to our students while fulfilling their personal and professional expectations. In short, the goal is to promote equal opportunities among different groups and nationalities.

UNADE is responsible for managing the university scholarships of this Aid and Financing Plan. Although the financing may come from different sources, it is applied autonomously. In short, these are some of the forms of financing we can find:

• The university’s own resources.
• Official study scholarships.
• Financing entities.
• Large companies interested in promoting training in certain academic specialties.
• Scholarships to study in Spain.
• Aid to study in Mexico.
• European scholarship programs for university students.
• Training programs for foreigners, etc.

Scholarships for university students of up to 40%

Universidad Americana de Europa is part of the international corporation Grupo IOE (Spain). For this reason, we offer you a list of all the scholarships in Spain and their types. In some cases, these university scholarships are applicable to international seminars in Europe.

University scholarships are applied based on various factors, including:

• Good grades in university studies.
• A situation of special difficulty.
• Belonging to a group in special difficulty.
• Small and medium-sized companies.
• Membership in or collaboration with UNADE.
• Beneficiaries of agreements with certain organizations.
• Being a teacher.
• Being unemployed.

It is important to note that the application calls are open and continuous throughout the year.

Documents to apply for university scholarships

To process your application, it is necessary to submit a minimum of documentation:

• Highest-ranking academic qualification.
• Copy of the identity document (or national ID card).
• Résumé or curriculum vitae.
• Curriculum or transcript of grades.
• Others that may be required to demonstrate a particular situation.

Candidates who wish to enroll and apply for one of the university scholarships of the Aid Plan have a training advisor. They will guide them from the very first moment they contact the university.

There are exceptions, such as small and medium-sized companies when they want to train their employees. In this case, the training advisor can apply a specific scholarship from the Aid Plan. However, this does not prevent the person who wishes to apply for study scholarships from reviewing the best options for their case with their advisor.

How to apply for a higher-education scholarship at UNADE

First step

The candidate has a set period to apply for a scholarship. This period begins when they receive the application form document. This is because, depending on the program, there may be a limited number of places to complete the student group.

Applying is very simple: you just need to request information about the program you are interested in and, once your training advisor contacts you, they will explain all the details. They will send you a link to a scholarship application document, which we also show you here:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Official UNADE Doctorate.
• Official UNADE Master’s.
• Own studies.

Once you fill out the document, you will only need to send it to your training advisor, who will forward it to the admissions department.

The form specifies that the application for the Aid is made together with the admission and financing applications. We will explain the financing in more detail later. For now, we anticipate that it can be, on the one hand, up to 19 months interest-free for master’s studies. And, on the other hand, up to 32 months for doctorates.

If a candidate submits a scholarship application, they are not committed to enrolling or paying any amount of money. However, there is an expiration period for those who do not make use of it. This way, it will not be blocked for another candidate who applies later.

Second step

When a candidate applies for this aid for university training, UNADE conducts an assessment study of their circumstances. To do this, it needs to have the minimum required documentation mentioned above.

It is important that the candidate submits all the documentation related to their circumstances in order to obtain the best scholarship. For this, they will have the help of a training advisor.

The assessment department, together with the admissions department, is responsible for carrying out the study for granting the scholarship. The goal is to make the process as fast as possible. The maximum response time is 2 working days, except in special circumstances.

Third step

After this process, once admitted, the candidate will receive an Admission, Financing and Scholarship document. This is where they will be provided with the amount of the scholarship received, along with their name and the program applied for. Unless it is necessary to request more information or a clarifying document. Or, if required, a personal interview.

From this moment on, the candidate will know the method and deadline to reserve their place, and they are provided with the payment mechanism appropriate to their country.

Fourth step

When the candidate reserves their place, the University provides them with the necessary documentation to formalize their enrollment, which they must return signed as an agreement of conditions.

The candidate must formalize their payment plan and commit to sending the necessary documentation to formalize their enrollment. This way, the University will be able to apply the amount provided as a place reservation toward the enrollment payment.
From this moment on, the candidate will have access to the program and to the virtual campus, and they begin the procedure for their official documents, which they must send physically to our headquarters to proceed with their official enrollment.

Finally, the selected candidate will be able to enjoy the different university scholarships, aid and grants available to access the program, in a simple and reliable way.
