How to Enroll

Enrollment Process

The enrollment process at UNADE is very simple. Below we outline the steps to follow:

  1. Complete the contact form with the University.
  2. You will receive a call from an academic advisor who will guide you through everything you need to know. They will explain the admission requirements, the scholarship system, as well as information about the program that interests you most. Together with the advisor, you will also be able to develop a study plan suited to your schedule, study goals and availability.
  3. After that, you may apply for admission, and you might be eligible for the scholarship system, on which you will have been advised beforehand.
  4. If you are admitted, you can reserve your place. After this, you may even request your enrollment along with the documents required to finalize it.
  5. Submit the required documentation to formalize your admission. The enrollment application* and the documents needed for the chosen program, duly certified**, will be essential.
  6. Finally, you will receive your access credentials for the Virtual Campus and you will begin studying your academic program.

* The assessments department will provide you with access to the enrollment application.

** For enrollment in official Bachelor’s and Postgraduate programs.

Required Documentation

Once you have formalized your registration, you must submit the following list of documents required for enrollment:

  1. Registration Application form, duly completed and signed in the original by the student on every page.
  2. Notarized copy of your Birth Certificate.
  3. Notarized copy of your official ID or Passport.
  4. Likewise, a notarized copy of your CURP (Unique Population Registry Code).
  5. Notarized copy of the Degree certificate of the academic qualification immediately prior to the program you are enrolling in.
  6. Notarized copy of the detailed academic transcript of the academic qualification immediately prior to the program you are enrolling in.
  7. A résumé (CV) and a letter of motivation.
